Hss Ncdcc Dart base visit

The DART base visit was an enriching experience as we got to learn what DART meant 'Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team', We learned what they had specialized in and the different countries they have been sent to help in. At the base we were given a tour of the different vehicles that they used during emergencies and missions. There was an activity where there was a sensor for sound waves where it could detect sounds heard very faintly and the operator would be able to hear if they were soft pleas of help. Thus, I am sure everyone enjoyed themselves at the DART Base and would want to come again.
